Eligibility
You must meet three requirements to be eligible for the Boorda Seaman-to-Admiral Program:

Programs
Active duty servicemembers in these programs are eligible:
- Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program
- Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program

The program also is open to midshipmen who have been released from active duty to immediately join the NROTC.

Full-Time Undergraduate
You must be a high school graduate and accepted to or enrolled in an accredited technical, vocational or post-secondary institution as a full-time undergraduate student.

GPA
You must have a 2.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

Awards are based on financial need, and you must reapply with a new application package each year.
