June 30, 1985
Entered active duty for the first time after June 30, 1985.

Pay Reduced
Had military pay reduced by $100 a month for your first 12 months.

Service Length
Served continuously for three years.
Or
Served continuously for two years if that is what you first enlisted for.
Or
Served in the 2 by 4 Program—Served active duty continuously for two years and then entered the Selected Reserve within a year of leaving active duty and served four years in the Selected Reserve.
