Follow these four steps to apply for Army Tuition Assistance, and then VAJoe.com can help you find schools where you can use your Army Tuition Assistance:

Request TA
Request Tuition Assistance through your GoArmyEd account.

Degree Map
Declare a specific degree as your educational goal. This will generate your degree map that will tell you which courses you should be taking, and when.

Sign & Submit
Print out the TA Statement of Understanding from your online portal and make sure that both your unit commander and you sign it. Then submit it to the Army Education Center.

Validate
Contact the Army Education Center in order to validate your educational goal and online portal access to Tuition Assistance.
After your GoArmyEd account is validated, you must complete the required paperwork, most of which is done online through your GoArmyEd account:

Request TA
Request Tuition Assistance on a course-by-course basis.

Notification
You will be notified whether your Tuition Assistance was approved.

Submit & Sign
Submit a new, signed TA Statement of Understanding each year; otherwise no further Tuition Assistance will be approved.
