I very much enjoyed the "satire". Very creative, outside the box thinking. However, strongly disagree with the "McCain a democrat" comment. Better to have said an Independent thinker, who happens to be a patriot, which is what we have needed in DC for a long time. No doubt, growing food in the heartland takes a stronger character than playing jazz on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.

Jim,
he supports amnesty (McCain-Kennedy), believes in man-made Glo-Bull Warming, co-wrote the legislation that overthrew the free speech guarantees of the First Amendment (McCain-Feingold), and was a founding member of the 'Gang of 14'. He is considered to be to the left of George W Bush on the political spectrum, which means he is on the left side. He doesn't just work in a bi-partisan manner ("reaching across the aisle"), he actively works with Democrats to oppose mainstream conservatism. The only places he is conservative are: tax cuts work and America needs a strong defense and strong foreign policy. Of course, the only places that W is a conservative are those same ones plus supporting justices and judges who believe in the Constitution AS WRITTEN (McCain says he does, but that would mean he supports justices who would overturn his baby, McCain-Feingold, and that ain't gonna happen).

Jim:
I think McCain is a Democrat. I believe he is a Democrat Mole who has been working his way up for years. I do not think it is important to Soros whether McCain or Obama wins the election.
McCain's being a Democrat would explain why he is so quick to "reach across the aisle" to jump in bed with Kennedy et al.
It would also explain why it is so easy for McCain to "stick his thump in his party's eye". Ditto McCain being a "maverick"
McCain's policies, other than Iraq, are not much different than the Democrats' platform. When I think about McCain and his positions on virtually everything from global warming to amnesty for illegals, I think of "The Manchurian Candidate"...the first version...
McCain might be a war hero.
So was Benedict Arnold.
